As the product manager and communications specialist, I collaborated with a team to deliver the brand transformation of Lombali from a traditional real estate brokerage to an exclusive “real estate concierge” service, targeting affluent international buyers in Bali’s luxury property market.
Our team comprised a WordPress developer and a UX/UI designer, and we orchestrated the creation of a sophisticated online presence that positioned Lombali as a premium consultancy offering personalized, white-glove service.
